The Operation of the Kingdom  <<< Click to view topic

John the Baptist was not only a prophet, but also a forerunner. A forerunner is a person who appears in advance to announce the coming of someone. It is a kingdom protocol that before a king comes to a certain place, someone has to announce it first. Example: In an earthly kingdom like Great Britain, before Queen Elizabeth comes to visit a certain place, she first sends someone to announce her coming, at least a year before. Same with the Kingdom of Heaven, the announcement was made thousands of years before its coming.

Why the need for an announcement? This is to prepare the people. In an earthly kingdom, you cannot meet the king unprepared physically.  And so with the spiritual Kingdom – the Kingdom of Heaven, you cannot meet the King unprepared spiritually. You have to be prepared with your heart and with your whole being, otherwise, the King will judge you. No king on earth will come to a place where the people are not ready. Similarly, no king on earth will come to a place where he is not welcomed. If that is the case among earthly kings, how much more to the Kingdom of Heaven? Surely, its King will not come to a place where the people are not ready or where He is not welcomed. If you force a king to come to a place where the people are not prepared, you put the whole community in trouble. That is why be very careful to pray for Jesus Christ’s coming because the people here on earth are not yet ready.

John the Baptist was sent not only to announce the coming of Christ, the Kingdom of God here on earth during His time, but also to prepare the people for His coming. That is why he had only but one message and that is “Repent for the Kingdom of God is near”. Repent means to change your way of thinking or change your mindset. After the fall of man up to this day, man’s number one problem is his way of thinking. It was totally reversed from the original mind God gave him. Man’s thinking today is totally inclined to Satan’s ways. It is normal for him to think evil throughout his life. And this is what God dealt with through John the Baptist before His kingdom appeared– that man has to repent. I said a while ago that the king will not come to a place where he is not welcomed. That is why John the Baptist was sent only to Israel to announce the coming of the King. No other country could welcome Jesus Christ during that time except Israel. Israel were the only people of God during that time. They were the only people that could welcome the King. People outside Israel during that time were called dogs, according to the Bible. Dogs, in this context, refer to people outside the Kingdom of God. Dogs are certainly not citizens of the Kingdom. But once we become citizens of the Kingdom, we are no longer called dogs. Though we are not naturally born in Israel, we are the “spiritual Israel”.

When the announcement was finally made, the King came and His first statement was “Repent for the Kingdom of God is here!” He did not begin His Kingdom message until He made the people aware. Jesus healed many before He preached the message of the Kingdom. This was the best way in preparing the people for the great message of the Kingdom. Making the people aware is so important because this Kingdom was absent on earth for a long, long time. From the fall of Adam to the last prophet prior to John the Baptist, the Kingdom was nonexistent on earth. So during the Old Testament time, there was no Heavenly Kingdom on earth. That is why if you notice, in the Old Testament, there is no message in it. It is all about laws and announcements about the coming of Christ. The content of the Old Testament is the law and the prophets.

When the people were ready, Jesus Christ finally began the major operation of the Kingdom. He commenced His operation by preaching the great message of the Kingdom. Why message and not action? Because this Kingdom operates by word. When God created the heavens and the earth, He used the words “let there be” to create it. With these words, everything on earth came into existence. That is how it operates. Same is true with Jesus Christ, He used the same system by preaching the message of the Kingdom. He started with the Parable of the Sower.

Why Parable of the Sower? Why not Parable of the Weeds or Parable of the Treasure, or any other parables? It is because the Kingdom has to first scatter its seeds to man because man used to have the message of darkness. The mind of man is empty about the message of the Kingdom of God or the Kingdom of Light. So for man to operate the Kingdom of God, first, God had to plant the message of His Kingdom into his mind. This is supposed to be what he should operate. This is his original design – operating the Kingdom of God here on earth. Sad to say, man is ignorant about this Kingdom up to this day, even the church of God.

In the Parable of the Sower, Jesus Christ described four kinds of people in the Kingdom: 1. The Path; 2. The Rocky 3. The Thorns 4. The Good Soil. These people are not outside the Kingdom or unbelievers but inside the Kingdom or believers. Why inside or believers? Because Jesus Christ will not preach to people who are outside the Kingdom. That is why He was sent only to Israel during that time.

The path are those people who hear the message of the Kingdom but do not understand it and then the devil steals away what was sown onto them.

The rocky are those people who hear the message and at once receive it with joy. But since they have no root, it lasts only a short time. When persecution comes because of the Word, they quickly fall away.

The thorns are those people who hear the message but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke it, making it unfruitful.

The good soil are those who hear the message and understand it. They produce a crop yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.

If you notice, in this parable, only 25% of the entire people of God could understand the message of the Kingdom. The 75% are those people that are victimized by the devil because of lack of understanding. No wonder the Bible says “My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.”

Going back to the rocky group, they are the ones who are so excited upon hearing the message of the Kingdom because they tend to be emotional, but the problem is, when persecutions come, all their excitement turns into sadness. I have seen a lot of people having this kind of attitude. That is why when people during my conferences tend to become overjoyed with the message, I am not easily convinced with their reaction because I believe that their high emotions that went up abruptly will die down easily. Will that excitement still be there when there is persecution?

The thorny group on the other hand, are the ones who because of money and material things never grow in the Kingdom. No matter how you teach them about this Kingdom, they would still prioritize material things and as a result, they end up in frustration. They forget about the word of the Great King in the Bible, in Matthew 6:33 which says “Seek ye first His Kingdom and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you”. Based on this passage, as long as you prioritize His Kingdom and be aligned with it, it is His responsibility to provide you for your existence. You did not ask Him to put you into existence but it is His decision that you are here on earth, therefore, it is His obligation to provide you for your well-being. So what’s the use of prioritizing the material things? Even during Sundays, when the believers are supposed to spend their time with the King, it is never spent accordingly. People are always in a hurry to go home or somewhere else even during the worship service. These people are ignorant, no foundation and full of worries.

The last group which is called the good soil are the people who understand the message and as a result, they grow and bear fruit. They are called the producers in the Kingdom. They are the unshakeable and the dominators. And these are the real Body of Christ. What Christ did, they also do, even greater things, as Christ declared. Christ is their Head and they are the Body. Jesus Christ is no longer here on earth but His Body is here. It is at work in this planet. And this is whom the devil is afraid of because he is never threatened with those believers that are ignorant about the Kingdom. These are the people who are advancing the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth. All their minds are influenced by the Kingdom of Heaven. They are the producers of the Kingdom. They understand their responsibility – to produce!

So in this Parable of the Sower, we are able to see the operation of the Kingdom by putting back its original message into the minds of its citizens. It is with this message that they operate the Kingdom. Hence, with the message, we get the system of the Kingdom and with this system, we base our operation. In the kingdom of darkness, before man could operate evil works, Satan has to put his evil system into man’s mind. This is also true with the Kingdom of Heaven.  You cannot operate it without understanding the message and its system. With this, I pray that everyone who reads this message will not allow the devil to steal what was sown in their hearts but will  understand it and will produce a hundred, sixty or thirty times and soon will operate the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth, for this is man’s original design – to be the Good Soil and the Producer! Remember, when God created man, He used the raw material, the good soil and He commanded him “be fruitful and increase”. And I declare that everyone who understands this message will become a Kingdom advancer here on earth.

It is time for us to get our act together for the furtherance of God’s Kingdom! We hope to hear from you soon.

This is the third and final stage of the Kingdom. This is the closing ceremony and at the same time, the opening ceremony. Closing ceremony, because the old order of things will finally cease – the pains, the sorrows, the poverty, the sicknesses, the struggles, the failures, sins and all the works of Satan will finally be eradicated. All these things will not be allowed anymore in this Kingdom. Opening ceremony, because of the unveiling of new things. No more sorrows, no more crying, no more fear, no more murder, no more quarreling, no more theft and no more Satan – for he will be in hell already. And finally, there will be peace and joy!

In the Now Kingdom, Satan is present; in the Millennium Kingdom, Satan will be detained; and in the Eternal Kingdom, Satan will be jailed forever and ever. So, the Now Kingdom is very challenging because Satan is around. Yet, he is our best equipment for our practice of dominion. That is why God put him on earth and not on another planet. There was a time when I asked God why He had to throw Satan here on earth when there are other planets where he could be thrown into. I also told Him, “A good father will not put anything harmful around his child”. So why did he put Satan around us? And He answered, “The reason why I threw Satan there on earth is for your practice of dominion”.

This planet earth will be destroyed and will be changed into a new one. There will be no more change of climate. There will be perfect environment and temperature that you do not need to install air conditioners in your room. Just like during the time of Adam, there was cool of the day even without the use of any cooling equipment.

God the Father and Jesus Christ, His Lamb, will rule this Eternal Kingdom together with His people. The center of this Kingdom here on earth will be in the city of the New Jerusalem (“Jeru” means city and “Salem” means peace). So the headquarter of the Great King means “city of peace” which will come down from Heaven. Yes, even the present Heaven will be destroyed and will be changed into a new one. During this stage, everything will be new. And the old ones will not be remembered anymore. Your previous failures and enemies will be forgotten.

There will be no temple in this Kingdom because God and His Christ will be the temple. Any temple that was built after the fall of man was temporary until Christ. When Christ came, He abolished the temple because the temple now is not made of stones or rocks but man himself. Man now is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Before, man was tasked by God to rule this planet earth. So, “man on earth” and “God in Heaven”. The man managed the earth – the “branch office” and God managed the Heaven – the “head office”.

From time to time, God visits His partner – the man here on earth. God never intended to bring man to Heaven but He will just come down to have fellowship with man. Even during the Eternal Kingdom, God will not bring man to Heaven to be with Him forever, but God will bring down Heaven to become the New Jerusalem, which, I believe, is the New Heaven. So now, God and man are both here on earth forever and ever. There will be no more separation between the two. Satan was successful to separate the two, but God made a way for the two to become united again.

We can see in the Bible how determined God is to bring back His relationship with man. He did not only bring redemption to man but also union. For, how can He separate Himself from His image and His likeness – the man? God cannot separate Himself from His glory – the man! Wow! You are the glory of the Great King who owns the whole universe!

Our stay here on earth is just temporary, so we look forward to a permanent dwelling and that is the New Earth, which is under the government of the Eternal Kingdom. Only those who qualify themselves are allowed to enter into this Kingdom. We don’t only enter into this Kingdom but reign with Him forever and ever. We can see how important man is to God. During the Now Kingdom, man is in charge of the planet earth (Genesis 1:28); in the Millennium Kingdom, man will be involved in the ruling and reigning of Christ here on earth; and in the Eternal Kingdom, man, again, will be involved in ruling and reigning of the New Earth. Why? It is because the earth is made for man. If not for man, God will not bother to create the earth.

Those who stand firm to the end will not only enter into this Kingdom but also will be involved with God in the management of the New Earth. Those who hold on to the teachings of the Kingdom, those who overcome persecutions, insults, pains, temptations & works of the Enemy, and those who persevere are qualified in this stage.

I challenge everyone who reads this message to qualify himself into this Kingdom. This is our everlasting hope. Our present hope is the Now Kingdom. It is God’s response to our everyday needs. The Millennium Kingdom is our future hope and the Eternal Kingdom is our everlasting hope. So if you are in the Kingdom, you never lose hope. Whether in the present or future time – hope is always waiting for you.

Yes, in this world, we experience troubles, persecutions, pains and failures, but it is all worth it. Good things that await us are far beyond these things. Our failures now are just temporary, but the good things that await us are eternal. So just hold on, you are about to meet the King, the Great King of the universe. He is about to shake hands with you. He is about to commend you and the great celebration is about to take place. It is a welcome party actually! And the Great King will say, “IT IS DONE”! (Revelation 21:6). He waited for thousands of years just to say these words to you. These are very simple words  but it took thousands of years before these are finally spoken.

May we hear these words together from the mouth of the Great King!

This is the second stage of the Kingdom which shall be ruled by the Lord Jesus Christ for a thousand years.

During this time, there will only be one government that will rule here on earth. The government of Satan will be suspended for a thousand years and Satan and his evil forces will be detained during this period of time. Therefore, there shall be peace throughout this earth. Wow! What a life that would be!!! Imagine…for how many thousands of years, this earth has never experienced peace after the fall.

There will also be joy and abundance during this period because this is what the government of God manifests. All religions will cease during this time because Christ Himself will reveal the truth about the way to the Kingdom. Religion is a man-made way to the Kingdom. It was just introduced by man after the fall. Prior to the fall, there was no existence of religion. There was man here on earth and there was God. They directly communicate with each other without the need of any religion. As simple as that! Man enjoyed fellowship with God without religion.

During the Millennium stage, once again, man can enjoy fellowship with God through His Son Jesus Christ. You don’t need any religion to get to God. Even at this time, we don’t need religion to enter into the Kingdom because there is only one way to enter into this Kingdom and that is Jesus Christ.  

At this stage, Christ will expose those who are professing believers. He will acknowledge those who belong to Him and they will reign with Him for a thousand years. The dead will come back to life, the living will be caught up with Him on the air, and they will be given a glorified body. They cannot die anymore because a glorified body or resurrected body has no possibility of dying again. Blessed are those who qualify themselves for this Millennium Kingdom!

At the end of this stage, Satan will be freed and he will gather his cohorts to wage war against the people of God but fire from Heaven will destroy them and they will be thrown into hell and be tortured forever and ever, according to the Bible (Revelation 20:7-10). At this time, the best is yet to come because the Final Kingdom or the Eternal Kingdom is about to take place. Wow! Fasten your seatbelt man!

Things that are beyond your imagination and beyond your comprehension are about to come to pass. Things you have never seen before! They are at the door knocking and are about to be revealed to you.

The Now Kingdom

The Millennium Kingdom

The Eternal Kingdom

The Now Kingdom is the one restored by Jesus Christ when He came here on earth 2,000 years ago. This is the Kingdom He was referring to when He said “Repent, for the Kingdom of God is here!”.

He did not pull out this Kingdom when he returned to Heaven. Instead, He left it to man through His disciples and He sent the Holy Spirit to reestablish it here on earth. During the fall of man, this Kingdom was recalled to Heaven. But now, it is here on earth.

This Now Kingdom is the present government of God which is ruled by the Holy Spirit through man. The Holy Spirit is dwelling in man. He (the Holy Spirit) is the Kingdom of God here on earth. He is the Governor here on earth. The Holy Spirit is called the “Governor” because, He was sent to colonize this planet. To colonize, in this context, means “to develop the earth like Heaven for its original design used to be like Heaven“.

But when man fell into sin, everything was affected and deteriorated. The climate, prior to the fall of man, used to be perfect. Like in the Garden of Eden, there was cool of the day, even without the use of air conditioners. But today, this climate has changed. It has become extremely hot because of the disorder in creation which, eventually, was destroyed.

Therefore, the work of the Holy Spirit is to bring order to creation through man. This is a partnership task between the Holy Spirit and man. The Holy Spirit “will not” without man and man “can not” without the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a spirit being and the earth and its creation are physical. So, the Holy Spirit will not work directly on earth without a physical body. Thus, the Holy Spirit needs to partner with man in order to implement his assignment here on earth. On the part of man, he cannot implement God’s purpose here on earth without the Holy Spirit, because it is the Holy Spirit who receives God’s instructions and passes them to man for implementation.

This Kingdom is God’s response to man’s needs; it is God’s remedy to every man’s problem. That is why Jesus Christ said,

“Seek ye first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33)

During the time of Jesus Christ, He had this Kingdom on His shoulder, that wherever He went, there was a great impact of this Kingdom to the people. For example, if the people needed food, He easily responded to their needs through this Kingdom. He did not only have the product but also He had the “factory” (the Kingdom) with Him.

When they needed healing, He can easily heal them because He did not only have the medicine but He had with Him the entire “ministry of health”. This means the whole government of the Kingdom of Heaven is activated whenever there is a need. That is how this Kingdom operates. It can provide anytime and anywhere. It can provide bread even at the middle of the dessert where there is no bakery, no supermarket, no store, nothing at all.

This Kingdom has supreme power. When we say supreme power, it means that it supersedes all power. It is above all power. Nothing can influence this Kingdom outside its power. It sets time and events here on earth that no one could question – even the most powerful man.

The problem with the so-called “Christians” today is that when they hear about this Kingdom, they argue that this will still be on the millennium. They do not understand the stages of the Kingdom. The fact is, this is a different stage from the Millennium Kingdom. If that is your understanding concerning this Kingdom, then you cannot enjoy its benefits. You cannot enjoy something that you keep on postponing. You cannot enjoy something that is ahead of you.It has to be at the present.

The Now Kingdom is the Holy Spirit and man in partnership.

Next is the Millennium Kingdom. . .

Everything that exists in this planet Earth has a purpose. Nothing exists without a purpose. Even the smallest creature exists with a purpose.

Like the ants – they exist with a purpose. Before, I was so angry with the ants whenever they bite me; I used to ask a question – what is the use of these ants? But when I discovered their purpose, that question was erased in my mind.

According to the Bible, the ants work diligently. They gather their food for the rainy season. They never stop working. They don’t have a leader, yet they work harmoniously.  So, that is the lesson we get from the ants. Imagine, the smallest creation teaches us one of the most important things in life.

Man has the highest purpose in life because God created him to be ruler over the whole earth and His creation.

Genesis 1:26 says…

“Let us make man in our image, in our likeness and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

This is the reason why man exists – to rule over the earth. Purpose means the reason for which something exists. Someone quoted, “the greatest tragedy that could happen to a man’s life is not untimely death or accidental death but life without a purpose”.

When man fell into sin, his purpose was also lost. When the purpose was lost, life became meaningless. It became empty. It had no direction. That is why many people committed suicide because of emptiness. They do not know their purpose in life.

As you read this message, you may be tired already, burned out, empty and frustrated…. You feel that your life has no direction and you begin to think of retreating and surrendering.

But cheer up, because this teaching will totally change your life. And I can assure you that upon learning this teaching, your life will never be the same again. You will be changed forever. This will end your frustration, your struggles, your emptiness and your failures. And the King of Heaven will surely meet you at the top. It will NOT be a joy for Him to see you fail in life because that is not what He designed for you.…He designed you to be at the top always! That is what a ruler should be; that is what a king should always be. Because He created every man to be a ruler or a king in this planet Earth.

Let me share to you the benefits of purpose. Knowing your purpose makes you:

1. FEARLESS. You are a king and a king has no fear, because he is a ruler. Consider the story of a lion. A lion is the king of the jungle. He is not the strongest animal in the jungle, he is not the biggest one, and yet, he rules the jungle. Why? Because he knows his purpose. He attacks the elephant and he overpowers it. Though the elephant is so huge and very strong, the lion can overpower it because he knows that he is the “king of the jungle”. That makes him fearless.

I am never afraid of death or accident because I know my purpose. My purpose is to “kingdomize” the whole world. So, surely, I cannot die without finishing my purpose.  That is the power of purpose. It will turn the coward into a fearless one. You may be a coward now because, first, you don’t know that you are a king and, second, you don’t know your purpose. You worry about your future. You worry about your life and many other things, and as a result, you begin to fear.  Jesus was attacked many times during His time. They wanted to kill Him but He just plainly said “Not yet!” Not yet in this context means “Not yet time to die”. It was impossible for Him to die without finishing His purpose.

2. SUCCESSFUL. There is no such thing as success outside your purpose. You may be a successful engineer, architect, doctor, businessman, politician, media man, or sportsman. But if you don’t know your purpose, at the end of the day, you feel empty and frustrated. This is why a lot of well-known people still commit suicide amidst their success. They may be successful, yet, they missed out on the most important thing: their purpose. That makes life a tragic one– the absence of purpose.

All our successes will eventually vanish. The wealth you accumulated and the recognition you received will soon come to nothingness if you don’t know your purpose. A lot of people exist without a purpose. They are not being used by their Designer or Creator. A thing, when it is not used, will eventually be ruined. The cause for its ruin is not because it was damaged but because it was not used for its purpose. There was a time when I got angry with my wife because she bought a garden set that should be put in our terrace, but she did not put it there for the reason that the floor tiles might get scratched. I said “Don’t mind about the scratch because the purpose of the garden set is for it to be put in the terrace and not to be kept. If you do not use it, then it will eventually be ruined – because it did not serve the purpose.”

3. PRODUCTIVE OR EFFECTIVE IN LIFE. It is sad to say that a lot of people are working outside their purpose. And that makes them ineffective in life and less productive. People work for money but not for purpose. And that makes them burned out and frustrated. There is a big difference between work and job. A work is to work with a purpose or to function within your design. Meaning, if you are an engineer, then you function as an engineer. You rule in that area. You dominate in that area. If you are a doctor or nurse, you work in that area. And you can see your effectiveness in life.

You don’t work for money but for the purpose. A job is – you work for money, in other words, you work for survival. That is why a lot of people are struggling in their job or burned out in their job because they work outside their purpose; they function outside their design. There is no such thing as jobaholic, but there is such a word as workaholic. Workaholic can only be experienced when you work within your design.  If you are an engineer, you function as an engineer, not as a teacher. A lot of people graduated as nurses but they ended up working as domestic helpers. They worked for the money and not for the purpose. If you work for the purpose, money will just follow and overflow. In other words, avoid working for money, but for the purpose.

4. TIRELESS. When you work for the purpose, you never feel tired. I am not talking about physical tiredness. What I am saying is emotional tiredness. A lot of people are tired even prior to their job.  Example, during Monday, people refuse to go to work. Though they have not started working yet, they are emotionally tired, because they work outside their purpose. Also, it is so hard for them to work with extra hour because of tiredness. In fact, during their work hours, they are so conscious with time. They keep on looking at the time but not at their accomplishment. But a man with a purpose is “unaware” of the time; instead, he is focused on his accomplishments. That is the difference between a man with a purpose and a man without a purpose.

A man without a purpose is counting the time but a man with a purpose is counting his accomplishments. Purpose pushes you –meaning, you refuse to stop without accomplishing your purpose. When there is a purpose, passion is born. And passion makes things easier. Moreover, you never surrender when you have a purpose. Like Thomas Edison, though he failed many times – he failed 1,999 times- yet, he never surrendered because his purpose was to discover the electric light. So you see, purpose pushed him and kept him from surrendering.

So I challenge every man in this planet earth to discover his purpose in life and avoid dying without fulfilling it. When you have finally accomplished your purpose and then later on die and when you meet your Designer at the end of your life, He will say to you “Welcome to the Kingdom and let’s celebrate your success.”

It is time to shift into a higher gear in life:

From cowardness into fearlessness.

From failure into success.

From emptiness into productiveness.

From tiredness into tirelessness.

Remember, you are an “invincible creation”. That is what your design is. It means you are unconquerable by fear, by failure, by emptiness and by tiredness. That is the original you!!!

Now is your time, your turn and your move. Go for it. It is show time!

Bride means “a newly married woman” or “a woman who is about to be married”. Now as a Church, we are about to be married. As the bible says…

Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready (Revelations 19:7). 

Jesus Christ will soon marry every believer for the purpose of union and not for sexual purposes. The design of God for man is to have union with Him forever. But it was disrupted by Satan in the Garden of Eden, so man was separated from God. As a result, man struggled in life. But God is determined to restore back man’s position with Him. No one and nothing can abort the purpose of God. His purpose remains forever— that man would soon be united with God through marriage. The benefit of this relationship is that, whatever Christ (the Groom) has, belongs to the Church or the believers (the Bride). It is a conjugal property. By the way, Christ owns everything- the seen and the unseen. He is the heir of the Father, the Creator of everything.

As a bride of Christ, we can no longer enter into relationship with Satan. Thus, we can no longer do the things that the world practices in this worldly system that is influenced by Satan. Otherwise, we become unfaithful to our future husband. In the Old Testament, if a woman is engaged to be married and becomes unfaithful, the punishment is that she will be stoned to death. The same with us – if we are engaged with Christ and has become unfaithful to Him, there would be worst punishments that await us. So as a bride of Christ, be faithful to Him.

Now that you have discovered your identity, I hope you can finally begin to function normally- to function as a believer, to function as a son, to function as a citizen of the Kingdom, to function as an ambassador of the Kingdom, to function as a priest and king, to function as a friend of God and to function as a bride of God. This is so that when you ask God for anything, you know which position to apply. If you ask it by faith, then apply your title as a believer. If you ask for daily provision or an inheritance, use your title as a son. If you apply your rights, then use your title as a citizen of the Kingdom. If you ask for your assignment, then use your position as an ambassador. If you ask for the budget for your territory, then use your position as a king and priest. If you ask for anything, use your position as a friend of God. And if you ask for protection and conjugal property, use your position as a bride of Christ. So prayer should be very specific as far as these positions are concerned.

We have a lot of prayers that remain unanswered because we do not know how to pray or we do not know how to apply these positions. Knowing your position is very important. For example, say, you are a congressman; you ask your budget or your pork barrel as a congressman, not as a mayor. You can only ask budget for your district where you are congressman. You cannot ask a budget for the whole city which is for the mayor. Sometimes, you commit this mistake by thinking that you are a mayor and yet you ask for pork barrel. And how can the government grant that request? So with God – if you ask for budget for your territory but you are just a believer and not a king, how can He grant that request to you?

I hope that upon learning this teaching, you begin to be more effective in life and that your frustrations will finally end. Your failure would be avoided and success is about to meet you. May I congratulate you by knowing your identity and by meeting the most important person in your life and that is you. May you function normally in life and help others to also function normally as you apply this teaching in your life.

6. FRIEND OF GOD

Number one, this is the highest level of relationship with God and number two, this is the deepest relationship with God. It is at this level that you discover more about God because if you are in this level, God will disclose to you about the mysteries of His Kingdom. When you pray to God at this level, petition is less and  your prayer is more on thanksgiving. Jesus Christ, during His time, spent lesser time on petition but more on thanksgiving. If you are a friend of God, even before you ask Him of anything, He has already given it to you. So as a result, your prayer will be more on thanksgiving.

The reason why our prayers remain unanswered for a long time is because we are not a friend of God. We fail to understand the will and the ways of God because we are not His friend. A friend will only reveal his plans, his ways and his will to his friend. And so it is with God… that is,  if He is your friend. We struggle a lot in our lives, in our relationships, in our career, in business and in making plans because we do not have the guidance of God. We do not have His guidance because we have so little understanding about Him. And how can we have much understanding about Him if we do not have a deeper relationship with Him? But if you are a friend of God, success is just normal in your life.

If you are a friend of God, you do not want to do things that would offend Him. Not because you are afraid of Him but because you are ashamed before Him. You do not want to do things that would affect your relationship with Him. There are three kinds of people: First are those who are afraid to commit sins because they are afraid of God. Second are the people who don’t want to commit sins because they don’t want to miss the blessings of God. And third are those who don’t want to commit sins because they are ashamed before God. Where do you belong in these three kinds of people?

If you are a friend of God, you are not ashamed of asking Him of anything. Instead, you are confident because He is your friend, just like our friends here on earth. If we are the friend of God, we do not have to think about how we say things when we ask Him for favor but we just simply ask Him with boldness. That’s what God wants for every man: not to be ashamed before Him when they ask Him for anything, but to be bold and confident.

So, let us enter into this deepest relationship with God. Remember, if God is your friend, do not ever offend Him. Protect your relationship with Him and He will protect you in every area of your life. If He is your friend, you can approach Him anytime and anywhere and ask Him of anything and He will grant it to you.

5. KING AND PRIEST

These two titles, king and priest, are inseparable. It is just like the state and the Church. The state is ruled by the king and the Church is ruled by the priest. They are inseparable. But the devil made it miserable for both the state and the Church by separating them. That is why there are a lot of corruption and wickedness in the government as a result of the separation of Church and state. Originally, God did not design it that way because the Church is supposed to manage the state. This was His original plan.

Genesis 1:26 “Let us make man in our image and in our likeness and let them rule over the fish of the sea, birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

1 Corinthian 4:8 “You have become kings…”

1 Peter 2:9 “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood…”

King speaks of territory. Every king has a territory to rule. That makes him powerful. The whole place is under his control. So man, as a king, is supposed to rule the whole earth because this is his territory. He is the legal ruler here on earth. God rules the heaven, the head office and man rules the earth, the branch office. So God and man are co-workers, as stated in the Bible. It is a partnership. God partners with man in dominion.  Satan is illegal on earth.  He has no part here. However, it is the man that makes him legal to operate here on earth. Without man’s permission, he is powerless here. Therefore, when man understands his position, he can easily dominate Satan.

The function of the king is horizontal: dominion over the earth. While the priest, his function is vertical: spiritual works- prayer, worship and recruiting citizens to enter into the Kingdom. And his standard in the Kingdom of heaven is holiness. Everything depends on this as a priest. As long as you are a priest, then you are a king. What I mean is, as long as you are holy, then you can dominate. Your access as a king to the King of heaven depends on your priesthood. The king exercises the ability, the power, the wisdom, and the knowledge of God while the priest manifests the character of God.

Therefore, the two titles are inseparable. The problem with many so- called Christians today is that they don’t understand this truth – the kingship. They do not know that they are kings. So, when they accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of their lives, they are satisfied already. But the original purpose of God for man is not only to be saved but to rule. Life without dominion is incomplete. Life without dominion is boring. Life without dominion is powerless. For the main business of every believer of Christ here on earth is dominion.
